kiyome tamae to, made pure,

maosu koto no yoshiwe proclaim and request of

amatsu kami kuni tsukamithe heavenly spirits of celestial realms,

ya o yorozu no kami tachieight million divine spirits.

tomo ni kikoo shime setoComing together we petition,

kashi komi kashi komiand with reverent awe,
